I came to the dentist today seeking relief from tooth pain. Aries assisted me in getting everything taken care of. She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my visit. I've never experienced that type of kindness and concern at any medical office, she should be commended. I would also like to thank Grettel for her tender and professional treatment of me during my initial exam. truly the best dental exam I've experienced to this date. I'm looking forward to the continued professionalism and caring service I received .
So, I had an very painful molar and found this office through Google. I went in and Tiffany was great. She got me scheduled quickly and I was able to be seen right away. Dr. Abrahams, I believe, was kind at first. Until he dropped an $18,000 bill on me. I went in for an extraction that he wouldn't do. As I was checking out, still in pain, I was crying and the woman that was helping me went to another dentist and asked if he would pull the tooth. He agreed and I was scheduled for the next morning. Dr. Jaz and Grettel were absolutely amazing. Practically pain free and it was done quickly. I would never go see Dr. What's his name, supposedly the owner, which makes sense now. Asking for $18,000 from a person. I went searching for relief from the pain I was having, and he had me leaving in tears. Dr. Jaz was incredible and Grettel was so sweet. Tiffany was helpful and friendly. The owner will never get my business and if you ask me, Dr Jaz, Grettel, and Tiffany need to open a practice because they are what helping people is all about.

Great experience today with my family’s cleaning appointments. Clean and spacious office. The dentist was available and efficient, no excessive wait time so it was much appreciated for a busy mom like me. All the assistants and admin folks were pleasant and perky, especially for a Monday morning. I highly recommend Smile Más Dental for all your dental work.

Wow! Ok i just left Dr Ben clinic and i am amazed by him and his professional team! Ben, Connie, Cathy, Aries and Grettell were amazing!! They took care of me with such a good care, when I was afraid from the shots they hold my hands, and made me feel safe. They put a calming ocean clip and put a blanket on my legs so I won’t get cold and a hot pillow on my neck, honestly I felt like I’m in a spa! Doctor was so kind and gentle and did everything quick with No pain!! I’m definitely recommending everybody that needs a treatment, to go to SMILE MAS. I used to have bad experiences with dentist in the past but this time changed it! My experience was so good and that’s going to be my clinic from now on!

I posted a review today that I thought I posted weeks ago when I first went to Smile Mas Dental. I meant everything I said in my first post, but there’s so much more to add to it because I have been there additional two or three times since that review having extensive work done, like crowns, cavities filled. I have had the pleasure of meeting some extraordinary women, first and foremost, starting w the office staff. Cathy worked with me from the get-go helping me prioritize my procedures and giving me the best price possible… Any questions I had about pricing it was always available to me. Tiffany, I believe she’s the office manager, she gives that kind of vibe in a good way. Helped me with scheduling my appointments or any issues I had etc…, great communicator texting me back when I needed an appointment or had a temporary fall out…that stuff happens and you want that person to address the issue right away and she did, ALWAYS. Moving onto the clinical staff, honestly, I can’t even put into words how amazing these girls are. Grettel, who I neglected to mention in my first post, has been so professional from the start, but also very compassionate, Always explaining to me, step by step, what she was doing and asking if I was ok. I am always so impressed by her knowledge; she truly knows her field of expertise & is very passionate about it. Olidia, also a clinical assistant, so impressed by her & her loyalty to her craft !! A perfectionist. She was also very compassionate, making sure I was OK and explained to me what she was doing every step of the way. Dr. Jas too, another amazing dentist at Smile mas dental….. Trust you’re in good hands with him too, just like Dr. Ben! Bottom line, if you want to feel like you are in the best of hands EVER, best of care, great energy, great vibe kind of office, (they play good music too) then choose Smile Mas Dental. Believe it or not, and not to sound corny, but I actually look forward to going to my last appt, just so I can see everyone and again in four months to get my teeth cleaned. They honestly make you feel that good and important! They CARE!!!

I have a HUGE dental phobia and was having issues finding a dentist office that will accommodate me. My mom was a patient first at Smile Mas Dental and she had a wonderful experience with the staff and with Dr. Ben. She referred myself and my husband. My initial check up went very smoothly. Natasha, Connie, Isabel, Tiffany was wonderful. I was quite nervous but they were very patient with me and very nice. By the time Dr. Ben saw me he was all smiles and was quite understanding about my phobia. He made sure to hear me out and went over my exams and answered my questions. He even made sure I can take the IV sedation (which is a plus for me) and he told me if I have any questions or concerns that I can contact him. I feel really good about this place and let's hope they can take care of me once it's time for any procedures.
Welcoming friendly staff from the moment you walk through the door. Attentive and detailed dental assistants and Connie the hygienist is beyond the best. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed and knows how to freeze a mouth painlessly 😁. Dr. Abraham takes time with you and explains the whys of what needs to happen. I’ve never liked going to the dentist, however this office completely changed my perspective. I have a lot going on with my teeth and they were so helpful in giving me options without grilling me for having work that needs to be done. My hygienist and doctor have great chairside manner and were very knowledgeable and respectful. I’d recommend anyone I can who is looking for a dentist. State of the art technology and it was a smooth and easy experience from the moment I walked in the door.
The staff is highly professional, and the facility is clean and comfortable. Additionally, patients can watch TV during their procedures.

My experience at Smile Mas' Dental was amazing. I’ve been looking for a dental office since im new to Nevada. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the front staff. Isabel was amazing took me in real quick. She was very friendly and helpful. Along with Rose and Dr Ben. Rose made sure I was comfortable and ok when Dr. Ben was working on my teeth and the procedure was really quick. Last but not least, I would like to thank my hygienist Briony for making my teeth feel nice and clean after my appointment. I would definitely recommend this place. Everyone in this office are really friendly.
Today I had my top left wisdom tooth done and it was the greatest experience! It was fast and painless. Dr. Ben, Olidia, and Grettel were there to make sure I felt as comfortable as possible. My first visit, an assessment was done on my teeth. This included many x-rays; a hands on look at my teeth by the dentist Ben. He pulled up my X-rays & examined each tooth. He was very thorough & explained all the dental work that needed to be done. Afterwards, I was given a detailed list of everything we discussed. My 2nd visit my teeth were cleaned by Connie; this included: teeth scaling (I hadn’t had a teeth cleaning for 5 plus years); laser to rid of any bacteria, I had 4 pockets filled w antibiotics, cleaning w fluoride. I was nervous about having this procedure done, but Connie made me feel very comfortable. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing and how it would feel. It was probably the best experience I’ve had getting my teeth cleaned THOROUGHLY and without any pain. I have more work that needs to be done, but the staff made me feel very comfortable; knowing that they are top-notch in the industry, I know I’m in good hands and I’m excited to have my remaining procedures done. 😃
