Because we strive to provide the best care at the most affordable price for our patients, payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please keep in mind that regardless of your insurance coverage, you are totally responsible for all fees imposed by this office.
You will receive a monthly statement. Most insurance providers will respond between four to six weeks. Please call our office if your bill does not show your insurance payment within that time frame. After your insurance has paid, you are responsible for any remaining debt. We truly appreciate your prompt payment. We can set up a monthly payment plan for you, but you must do so before the treatment begins.
